Ever wondered how your Amazon package makes its journey from your screen to your doorstep? Now, you can experience the magic firsthand! Starting Q4 2025, Amazon is opening up its massive fulfilment centres (FCs) in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru for the public to visit — absolutely free.
What You’ll See on the Tour
During these 45 to 60-minute guided tours, you’ll walk through Amazon’s high-tech warehouses, where
- Millions of products are stored
- Customer orders are packed and shipped
- You'll see how technology and people work together to get packages out the door

Inside India’s Biggest Fulfilment Centres
- Delhi NCR FC: The largest fulfilment centre in North India, spanning 4,50,000 sq ft — about the size of eight football fields
- Bengaluru FC: Amazon’s largest in India, with more than 2 million cubic feet of storage
When & How to Join
- Tours will run three times a week at both locations
- Each tour will host up to 20 participants
- Online registration will open later this year
Nick Boone-Lutz, head of Amazon’s global public tours program, mentioned that globally, over 2 million people have already experienced these immersive walkthroughs across 35+ locations, including the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia.
